On Thursday afternoon, after initially claiming he was ill, then saying he was about to go to the beach with a metal detector in the rain he eventually decided to go adopt a dog. Heading out shortly before closing time, he popped into 2 dog shelters, before finally adopting the large dog at the SPCA. It appears he took only 15 minutes to pick the dog, before spending another 30 minutes doing the adoption paperwork.
