WIZYTA W AUSTRALII
PHOTO: EAST NEWS/AFP PHOTO Britain's Queen Elizabeth II (R) meets England soccer coach Sven-Goran Eriksson (2ndL), player David Beckham (L) and Football Association (FA) chairman Geoffrey Thompson (2ndR) during a reception for the FA held a Buckingham Palace, London. The 75-strong England party, including back-room staff as well as high profile players and management, arrived at the Palace in three coaches. The drinks-and-canapes reception was staged in the Blue Drawing Room at the Palace where FA chairman Geoffrey Thompson (C), along with the England coach and captain, were the first to meet the Queen. Although not a natural football fan, the Queen has been known to become quite animated when following the England team on TV.
