‘Disgusted’ Instagram users horrified by woman using period blood as face mask – ‘It’s pure and fresh'
A woman who uses her period blood as a face mask says it’s the key to her youthful skin.
Thirty-two year old Sarah Sol has been using her own period blood as a beauty product for several years.
The menstrual cycle and womb healing mentor leaves her period blood on her face for around 15 minutes every month.
But although Sarah claims the “pure and fresh” period blood is the reason for her glowing face, others are not so convinced.
Social media users have slammed her controversial skincare method as “disgusting”.
In an Instagram reel (@onewildwomban ) Sarah shows her face with the mask in action and users can’t believe their eyes, with the video receiving 1.3 m views.
“It's just my 100% pure and fresh period blood, straight out of my yoni, I don't add anything else,” Sarah told What's The Jam.
“This is an ancient feminine secret to glowing and radiant young skin!
“Menstrual blood is rich in stem cells.
“It's good for skin quality, it helps clear acne, improves skin elasticity which helps with wrinkles and blemishes.”
The menstrual cycle and womb healing mentor says that after using it consistently for a year, her skin has never been better.
She said: “My skin quality has improved dramatically; a year ago I used to have acne breakouts, now this doesn't happen anymore.
“Also it improved my skin texture, the hydration level and the scars from past acne.
“My skin is glowing 24/7 now and it feels so soft!
