Demon These heroes from the New Wave of British Heavy Metal of the early 80s caused quite a stir at last fall's Sweden Rock Cruise, and met with even greater fanfare at their previous SRF visits in 2000 and 2003. Demon, with supreme vocalist Dave Hill constantly at the helm, unleashed their debut "Night of the Demon" in 1981 and have since released numerous more stellar albums, quite eclectic but always firmly rooted in classic British hard rock. Songs like "Sign of a Madman", "Night of the Demon", "The Plague" and - lest we forget - "Don't Break the Circle" have guaranteed Demon their place in history as one of NWoBHM's finest bands - a timeless legend to discover or redsicover.
