UPG/REPORTER Rocket winds stolen by a serviceman at the military store in the village Ozernoye (Zhitomirska region) on Wednesday, October 4, 2006. Military Office of Public Prosecutor of Zhitomirsky garrison brought an action against the serviceman who took away 30 rocket titanium winds from the store. The officer delivered it to a scrap metal receiving centre in Zhitomir for 40 hryvnyas per kg to earn his wedding. According to the investigation he is threatened by 10 years of deprivation of liberty. Photo is given by the military Office of Public Prosecutor of Zhitomirsky garrison
