"I was always curious why is the shape of a certain leave of the certain way, but the other a different way. Now I do astrobiology, which is essentially trying to understand how life came to our planet. During planet formations, certain planets evolved the capacity to harbour life. Like Earth. What we are trying to understand in our lab is how the transition from chemistry to biology happened, because that tell us how the transition from non life to life happened.
