India, Pune, 10 December 2021 Indian Institute of Science Education and Research (IISER), Pune is an autonomous public university established in 2006. It is one of the seven Indian Institutes of Science Education and Research, and was one of the first IISERs to be established along with IISER Kolkata. Dr. Amrita Hazra, department of chemistry and biology . What I research is how the plants and bacterias makes vitamins. Even when I eat, I still think about it. Unfortunately media portraits bacterias as harmful, but they are fantastic for us. Just maybe 1% of them are decrease causing bacterias. We as humans have equal parts of human cells and equal parts of bacteria cells. They are that important for us. I have fun with my bacterias and with the vitamins. It allows me to be in between chemistry and biology, without fitting to one of those boxes.
