Carlo Monaco is a patient who follows a cannabinoids therapy to control a number of psychological disorders. He is now the secretary of the Hemp Info Point, the first association for the coordination of the various realities related to the cultivation and protection of hemp. Saracinesco is a small central Italian village of 182 inhabitants. It's 'the site of a pilot project for the cultivation of hemp both for industrial and therapeutic purposes. The project includes the creation of a phyto-therapeutic bio-park and a health resort to treat patients following a medically assisted cannabinoid-based therapy. The project is supported by the city council and by institutions such as the Roma Tre University and the University of Tuscia.
