Workers remove on November 15, 1973 the poster of the film on abortion "Histoire d'A" directed by Charles Belmont and Marielle Issartel from the facade of the Jean Renoir cinema in Paris, following the order of the Ministry of Cultural Affairs. Upon its release, the film was banned from total public distribution and the poster was censored for "bad taste, aggressive breasts and exhibitionism of motherhood". Histoires d'A is part of the current of militant cinema, in favor of voluntary termination of pregnancy. A film with a very modest budget, the initial financing was provided by the Family Planning and shot on the initiative of the Health Information Group (GIS). (Photo by AFP)
