A woman lies dead at a displaced persons camp, Wednesday, June 8, 1994 in Kabgayi, some 23 miles southwest of the Rwandan capital of Kigali. The woman appeared to have died of starvation while trying to pull herself out of the camp, which survivors say was a concentration camp run by the government military. Rebels with the Rwanda Patriotic front took Kabgayi six days ago and evacuated most peoples till alive in the camp. (AP Photo/Jean-Marc Bouju)
