Former Governer James M. Cox of Ohio and James P. Warburg are seen aboard the liner Olympic in New York as they sailed to London June 2, 1933. Cox, Vice Chairman of the American delegation to the World Economic Conference and Warburg will join the rest of their delegation which sailed ahead of them to London. Cox was the unsuccessful Democratic Presidential Nominee in 1920 against Warren G. Harding. Cox's Vice Presidential running mate was none other than, Franklin D. Roosevelt. (AP Photo)
