British Forces carried out a raid on the French Coast near Boulogne on April 22, 1942. Troops were landed and after penetrating the German defenses successfully carried out the tasks assigned to them. They withdrew after two hours. Naval forces accompanying the party engaged armed enemy trawlers, two of which were damaged. Our forces sustained no and only light casualties.
