A man walks past the grave of Mykhaylo Romaniuk (L), a civilian killed by Russian troops in the Yablunska street of Bucha, Kyiv region, in Bucha's cemetery on April 25, 2022. According to a testimony, Romanyuk was shot dead by snipers on March 6, 2022 while riding his bicycle on Yablonska street. Romaniuk, was accompanying Oleksandr Smagliuk, 21, his niece's boyfriend, to the military hospital in the neighboring city of Irpin. The two men hoped to locate Smagliuk's father who had been seriously wounded by a shelling attack and was missing. They also thought they would find electricity there to charge their phones and call for help. - They all had different paths to death on Yablunska Street in Ukraine's tragedy-scarred Bucha: A risky evacuation, a borrowed bicycle, a missing parent - one among them was even from Russia.
