He started his own company, 4x Fitness in 2013 where he built his clientele to over 200 people in just two years. But it wasn't until 2018 when Rauve had his true breakthrough when he created an app to train people over the internet. He told Jam Press: ??sEvery Wednesday I would focus on building glutes as a ??shump day??? theme. ??sI realised this gave me the most feedback and engagement so decided to further my training to help people build their bum and develop better glutes. ??sI made this business model my niche rather than catering to everyone, and with my vision, it all worked out. ??sNow I???m the ??sbooty builder??? generating multi-millions annually.??? His app Good Fitness has over 100,000 active users and makes him between $175,000 (?L127,000) and $300,000 (?L218,000) each month. Rauve, who now lives in Miami, Florida with his partner Niki Zoumpouli and daughter, Aria, works with clients to bring a focus to their routine and he says the biggest downfall is expecting quick results. He encourages anyone wanting to see a change to be patient and stay consistent with training and nutrition. ??sI never like to put a time frame on how long it would take for a body transformation because our bodies respond at different rates," Rauve said. "You have to take into consideration that there any many different body styles, no two people are the same. "The most important thing is consistency with both the nutrition, and exercise. ??sIf someone were to be consistent in these categories people notice changes happening within four to five weeks. ??sNow if we are speaking about a full body transformation there???s no time I can put on that, but with consistency, you will inevitably see results. ??sThe key is to trust the process, and not be in a rush to obtain ???instant results???. "I noticed that when training my clients with higher volumes and heavier weights, they all responded quickly to it. ??sOften people jump on my program and are shocked by the amount of sets and reps listed, and ask me if it's a typo. ??sHowever, I believe breaking down the muscle tissue using a variety of styles creates more muscle confusion, which in return stimulates more muscle growth during the recovery.??? Although he wants to keep building his following, he doesn't look for celebrity clients, instead focusing on anyone who needs his help as he wants his content to be relatable.
