France, Bagnolet, 24 April 2020 Looking Around ? Lockdown Diary. La Capsulerie district. Last night I met Andrew. I knew him as a child, he was our neighbour, when we lived at the Capsulerie in Bagnolet. He was accompanied by a funny little dog with a luminous collar and a small coat. When I asked him what had become of him since all that time, he answered in a disillusioned tone: ? Nothing interesting, just business! ?. Very intrigued by this little dog, I asked him what he was doing with him and he said: ? Again business, you know at the beginning of the confinement it was very difficult to stay on the street all day because of the police patrols and we had the idea with my friends to rent dogs. So we could say, during the controls, that we were walking them but it only lasted two weeks because they quickly understood our scheme and so the patrols were more and more frequent. On the other hand, I became attached to this little dog and I decided to keep him. I could never have imagined that, he became my new friend. ? As I was leaving him, I turned around and asked him what his name was. He looked at me with a mocking eye and said, ? Covid, of course! ?. France, Bagnolet, 24 avril 2020 Garder les yeux ouverts ? Journal d'un confinement. Quartier de La Capsulerie. Hier soir, j'ai rencontre Andrew. Je l'ai connu tout petit, il etait notre voisin, quand nous habitions r la Capsulerie r Bagnolet. Il etait accompagne d'un dr?le de petit chien avec un collier lumineux et un petit manteau. Quand je lui ai demande ce qu'il etait devenu depuis tout ce temps, il m'a repondu d'un ton desabuse : ? Rien de bien interessant, juste le business! ?. Trcs intrigue par ce petit chien, je lui ai demande ce qu'il faisait avec lui et il me dit : ? Lr aussi le business, tu sais au debut du confinement il etait trcs difficile de rester toute la journee dans la rue r cause des patrouilles policicres et nous avons eu l'idee avec mes amis de louer des chiens. Ainsi nous pouvions dire, lors
