The adorable dog, who has over 61,800 followers on Instagram (@mishkachow) lives with owner Mehdi Darabi, 36, and his partner Lily in Melbourne, Australia. Mehdi, an IT architect and entrepreneur, noticed Mishka had a fondness for the strange movement from the very first moment she arrived at his home. ??sWe noticed Mishka splooting from the first week she came to us,??? he told Jam Press. ??sIt was quite rare to find her sitting down instead of splooting and I even called her a fluffy pancake when she was a little puppy because of her splooting all the time. ??sShe has a lot of flexibility in her hips and she loves to cool down her stomach on cold tiles.??? The pooch even has a favourite spot for the strange activity: in the kitchen, right under the dishwasher. Mehdi added: "Since we bought her a cooling mat, she also loves to jump into that and sploot mid-air." Mishka's hilarious Instagram videos show her looking super relaxed as she sploots around the house. Sometimes the dog enjoys dressing up in colourful outfits too ??" and her followers can't get enough. A true born star, Mishka has a very unique personality compared to the usual characteristics of Chow Chows and is fiercely independent. Mehdi said: "She is also incredibly quiet and never barks at anyone or other animals. "She never shows aggression towards any human or animals, although this doesn't mean that she's up for a cuddle straight away. "It takes about five minutes for her to sniff around and gain trust before letting strangers touch her. "Mishka is also very intelligent and she remembers all commands really well." Mehdi said: "She loves stealing socks, shoes, and chewing on gold chains, so much so that her mum even calls her a gold digger. "She really loves to sleep under my work station at home and she follows me everywhere I go."
