These cost between £5 and £12. They also have a higher-end selection – including Lindor and Thorntons' chocolate eggs. The premature launch was spotted in a Tesco Express in Deansgate, Manchester city centre. They were stacked on the top shelf above the canned goods. Many of the eggs were already on offer with a Clubcard. A Ferrero Rocher ‘Golden Easter Egg’ was originally priced at £15. But chocolate fans can secure the egg at a discounted price of £10. A Lindt ‘Golden Bunny Easter Egg’ was discounted from £12 to £10 using a Clubcard. Easter Sunday is on 31 March. This is 11 weeks and five days away. But Tesco is not the only supermarket celebrating early. M&S Foodhall in Quay Street, Manchester city centre, is also selling a small range of eggs. They are selling a 'Caramel Crunch' egg and ‘Utterly Nutterly’ egg for £7 each. They are also selling an Easter egg hunt tin full of mini eggs for £6 and a range of chocolate chicks and Easter-themed snacks. ENDS
