A research worker of the examination office in Bordeaux tests samples of Coca Cola beverages 18 June 1999. The examination was ordered by Junior Consumer Affairs Minister Marylise Lebranchu after more than 100 people in Belgium and 88 in France have complained of headaches, dizziness and stomach upset after drinking canned soft drinks manufactured by Coca Cola. France than ordered 50 million cans of Coca-Cola to be pulled off store shelves.
