Transporting cattle by boat on a river is a common and easy method in Bangladesh. The cattle markets are located beside the river, it is an inexpensive and efficient transportation system.” “During Eid-ul-Adha, the demand for cows is high, and therefore, people expect to sell their cows at a high price. However, this seasonal business is not just about making money. The farmers have an emotional attachment to their cattle, and it is sometimes hard for them to part with their beloved animals.
