A photo shows Naruko Dam which the water level reached 0% in Osaki City, Miyagi Prefecture on August 1, 2025. Despite the water level being at 0%, Naruko Dam has to continue to release water due to the important term for rice cultivation. Naruko Dam, which normally has a water rate of around 78%, fell to its lowest level of 0% on July 29th.
