EDS: CREDIT IS MANDATORY -- A metal structure was built to protect the Arc de Triomphe before the fabic installation of "L'Arc de Triomphe, Wrapped," by Christo, which features a silvery fabric on the facade of the arch in Paris, Sept. 1, 2021. Planned by the conceptual artist 60 years ago, the posthumous work transforms a great monument with a glistening cloak. It feels like a liberating moment for the city.
