Hollywood funnyman Pete Davidson has splashed out $1.2 million on an apartment after moving out of his mum's basement. The 27-year-old 'Saturday Night Live' comedian purchased the luxurious high-rise flat in his hometown of Staten Island, New York. His new 1,592-square-foot home has two bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms. The high-rise is situated on the water and features stunning panoramic views of Manhattan. It includes plenty of luxurious amenities including high ceilings and large windows for plenty of natural light. The kitchen has been completely redesigned to include a seating area perfect for hosting small gatherings along with quartz countertops and a waterfall installation. The master bedroom suite includes a bath with a marble vanity, jacuzzi tub, separate shower and a walk-in closet for his collection of sneakers and streetwear. There is also a private terrace. Amenities in the building include a residents' lounge, fitness centre, children's playground, and grilling stations. On Friday, he told fans on TikTok:" 'I just moved out of my mom's house. I'm fully out. I got a pad." Pete's shared living quarters with his mother for the last few years after splitting up with ex-fiancee Ariana Grande and moving out of their $16million massive apartment in Manhattan. He is reportedly in a long-distance relationship with 'Bridgerton' actress Phoebe Dynevor and was recently spotted in her hometown of Altrincham in the UK.
