Uratowane dzieci w Kongo - Redux
Two boys use the woodworking shop at the CTO in Bunia. The boy on the left was a child-soldier and the boy in pink is an unaccompanied child. The Centre de Transit et Orientation run by the Congolese NGO PPSSP and supported by UNICEF is a haven for children and youth separated from their parents or de-mobilized from armed groups. It is in a large compound on the outskirts of Bunia, Ituri province. At the time of court visit there were only a half-dozen boys living there, with one of those being a former "child-solider". His identity has been protected.
