Junior soldiers from across NATO's Battlegroup Poland had just completed an intense and arduous Potential Non-Commissioned Officer Cadre in Drawsko Pomorski, Poland. The Cadre culminated in a relentless 10 day field exercise, teaching and testing leadership, fieldcraft, teamwork, determination and physical fitness.
