Oscar-winning actress Kate Winslet is selling her New York apartment for $5.699 million. She bought the duplex penthouse for $4.995 million with her then-husband film director Sam Mendes. The 3,018 square foot property is in the heart of New York City's artsy and upscale West Chelsea Arts District and it's located on a block lined with trees and contemporary art galleries. She bought out Mendes' interest in the home in 2012 after their divorce. In recent years, Kate has mainly used the three-bedroom and three-and-a-half bath unit as an income producing rental property charging a bank-busting $20,000-a-month.
