Zsa Zsa Gabor made headlines in 1989 when she got into an altercation with an on duty Beverly Hills policeman. On June 14, Gabor slapped officer Paul Kramer after she was pulled over for a traffic violation. Zsa Zsa Gabor was arrested at the scene for assault. Gabor had to spend 72 hours in the El Segundo jail and was required to work 120 hours of community service. During a well-publicized trial, Gabor claimed that the officer provoked her and that the jury was not made up of her peers, saying, 'It was not my class of people. There was not a producer, a press agent, a director, an actor." Zsa Zsa Gabor later spoofed the cop-slapping incident in the movies 'Naked Gun 21?2' (1991), and ' The Beverly Hillbillies' (1993), and in an episode of 'The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air' (1991) Credit: eyevine
