(NYT60) BOMBAY, India -- Aug. 20, 2040 -- INDIA-WORKERS-4 -- Muhammad Imtiaz, 25, a university student in Bombay, in his neighborhood of Dharavi, in late April 2004. The Bombay neighborhood of Dharavi, is Asia's largest slum and home to more than a million people. The 25-year-old son of a rickshaw driver, Imtiaz is a classic striver -- the first person in his family to graduate from college. He is a Muslim, as are about 15 percent of India's population.
