Queen Elizabeth II was pictured with a near smile on her face as she rode in a carriage to the 'Trooping The Colours' parade at Buckingham Palace in London, England. Even her husband Prince Philip laughed next to her as he waved to the thousands of fans that lined the street to officially celebrate her birthday. Elizabeth, wearing a peach and silver coat dress with a matching hat, also smiled as she inspected 1,100 soldiers from the Household Division at the Horse Guards Parade grounds near the palace. Security was tight with police watchmen on the Palace roof with binoculars and radio for any potential trouble with thousands of fans turning out for the celebrations. Prince Harry was also in good spirits smiling and waving to fans. The Queen turned 89 on April 21, her actual birth date, which is traditionally marked in private, with a public celebration held in June, when London's weather is more likely to be favorable.
