??BAUER-GRIFFIN.COM British music superstar Adele will never do a huge global tour over fears her voice is not up to the challenge. Doctors have warned the pregnant star that her vocal chords could pack up due to her grueling workload. Last year she lost her ability to sing overnight due to a hemorrhage. Adele,24, had admitted since her fame exploded worldwide she faces crippling stage fright. In a candid interview the Londoner revealed how she her fame has changed her feelings on being on stage. She also talked about how she is unimpressed at stars like Britney Spears and Katy Perry, who use sex appeal to sell themselves; and also vowed not to change her body image. Adele, who was this week announced was singing the new Bond theme, feels her vocals are smoother than ever after her surgery.. Adele confirmed: "I can't remember where it felt so smooth to sing and not be paranoid on stage. "I used to always wonder will I hit that note even when I wasn't ill. " It is basically a clean slate in my throat. "it doesn't mean it won't happen again. If i decided to go on a 200 date tour it will happen again, through exhaustion." She refused to talk about touring, but admitted her fear of playing live has never been more severe. She confirmed : "It starts from the minute I wake up. If I know I have to do a show I try to potter around and keep myself busy. "It has gotten worse as I have become more successful, because there is a bit more pressure and people are expecting a lot more from me. "My fear is that I am not going to deliver and people aren't ping to enjoy it, and that I will ruin their love for my songs by doing them live. "I get panicky and sick - have thrown up a few times..in a .projectile way. "It just comes out." It appears bad news for her millions of fans who have yet to see the beauty complete a world tour. However while their demand increases to see Adele on stage, her desire diminishes. "I wanted to be a singer forever, but it is not my cup of tea having the whole world know who you are. "Ii find it difficult to know there are twenty million people listening to my album that I wrote very selfishly to get over a break-up. "I didn't write it thinking it was going to be a hit. ?ZThe fact so many people are interested in that and want to cry, feel strong or whatever I find out odd. "it is just little old me." From the start of her four year fast track rise to fame Adele, due to give birth at the turn of the year, refused to follow trends. She shies away from raunchy videos of stars like Britney and Katy. "They don??t look how they do in magazines or videos. "I have seen them up close they don??t even look like that; so kind of exploiting yourself sexually is not a good look. I don't find it encouraging. "No matter what you look like they key is to be happy with yourself. and then if you to try to improve things after you appreciate yourself. ?ZI don't want to be some skinny minny with my t*** out and I don't want people confusing what it is I am about. "I have never seen magazine covers or music videos and thought I need to look like that if I want to be a success." She added: "Even if I did have a 'Sports Illustrated' body, I'd still wear elegant clothes, ??My shape?-It is not stopping me from doing things.
