Oscar winner Quentin Tarantino, 61, suffers some major motoring drama as he does serious looking damage to his $70,000 Cadillac after parking illegally for a business meeting. The acclaimed Hollywood director, who turned 61 a few weeks ago, pulled up at The Visa Theatre in Los Feliz, which he bought in 2021, on the afternoon of April 16, 2024. He spent two hours inside the building and left his car on the sidewalk the whole time, which is a major parking violation. Once it came time to pull away Tarantino ran into difficulty, however, as shown in exclusive video footage. The Pulp Fiction and Natural Born Killers creator clumsily reversed onto the road but misjudged the height of the curb, which caught the underside of his car and made a loud clanking sound. Further damage was caused to the front of his vehicle as he pulled up onto the sidewalk and hit the curb. It was an eventful day for the married father-of-two, as news just broke that heÕs pulled the plug on a long awaited project, The Movie Critic, that would have seen him team up with Brad Pitt for the third time in his career. He has publicly stated that his next film, which will be his tenth in total is due to be his last.
