Milan Rajcevic, owner and director of the company Notum Robotics with his associate Ivan Batinic, walked through Dr. Franjo Tudjman's Park in Velika Gorica in the company of a robot dog. Passers-by and their pet dogs were equally interested in the robot. The robot dog is a commercial product that is made to order, and what is interesting and unique about it are the software solutions. The point is for that platform to be autonomous, without human intervention and with minimal maintenance, to perform tasks according to its program, to navigate in unknown circumstances, on unknown terrain. The applications are unlimited, from security applications, rescue services, surveillance and interaction and education. It charges up to 24 hours due to the battery technology and can work for up to 3 hours, and it can run at a speed of up to 20 km/h. It is not currently waterproof, but over time it can become both waterproof and fireproof for a wider range of applications, in Zagreb, Croatia, on March 07, 2024. Photo: Davor Puklavec/PIXSELL
