Actor Shemar Moore shows off his ripped body for Maximum Fitness magazine, and admits posing for the cover 'scared the hell out of me.' The 'Criminal Minds' star admits he had been a bit lax on his workouts, and so getting the call to pose 'inspired me and also scared the hell out of me. It's flattering, but it's also a lot of pressure and a reminder to get back in the game,' he said, insisting that 'life is more fun' when he's in great shape.' He also speaks about the 'scariest moment of my life,' a crash in August 2009 when he was knocked off his bicycle and was lucky to survive. 'On that day, I did everything right. What went wrong was that I got hit by a 70 year old in an old school Cadillac going 40 miles per hour!' he said. 'I didn't see him or hear him coming, not a thing. I don't remember spinning or flipping off my bike, nothing. I got lucky and then some.'
