Nine or ten years ago, he remembers, there was a leak. "I was worried my cattle might get asphyxiated," he remembers. "I've worked around the well head to farm. They said, "don't get close to it.'"
"We had problems with the rent last year. It was three or four months past due," he said, "We kept calling and calling and calling. I don't know how they can do that and not get penalized."
