Christians erect a 30-foot high cross ahead of Easter on the top of Otley Chevin in Yorkshire. The Chevin cross, first installed in 1968, has now become a well-known Easter symbol and is erected two weeks before Easter and removed two weeks after. The cross is made from wood salvaged after the Manchester bombing on 15th June 1996. Picture date: Saturday March 25, 2023.
