Omar pictured out and about with his new muscular physique. TORONTO, CANADA: THIS MAN was a VIRGIN who couldn't get a date before he lost over twelve-stone - and now women can't get enough. Online weight loss coach and musician Omar Thaher (22) from Toronto, Canada, began to notice that he was overweight when he was six years old. Food became a comfort for Omar, and he struggled to control his portion sizes. By the time he was 19 years old, Omar weighed 31st 4lb and wore a 5XL shirt size. Other kids would call him ?fatass? or ?fatty? and he?d overhear them discussing his weight. Increasingly, Omar noticed his family were becoming worried about the affect his weight might have on his health. With low self-esteem and feeling like an outsider, Omar decided enough was enough. In April 2018, he decided to implement a high-protein, high-fibre based diet and created his own meal plan. At the same time, Omar upped the amount of exercise he was doing, and began weight training. The weight soon began to drop. In just 18 months, Omar lost an incredible 12st 1lb and now weighs 19st 3lb and wears a size XL. He no longer has to worry about getting out of breath or breaking a chair, and his confidence has grown hugely as a result. With this newfound confidence, Omar felt ready to get out on the dating scene which has been much more lucrative since losing weight. The extreme weight loss has left Omar with loose skin which he says can make it hard to find well-fitting clothes as well as affecting his workouts.
