Retired sailor Neim Shehaj shows restoration works he made inside the submarine Storm, a Soviet C 613 model, built in the early 50's docked at the Pasha Liman naval base near the city of Vlora on April 27, 2022. - The fate of the submarine at the Pasha Liman base, from where Moscow once hoped to control the Mediterranean, is unknown as the authorities remain undecided over it. The submarine was part of the so-called project 613 consisting of the first Soviet submarines after the World War II.
