**VIDEO AVAILABLE. CONTACT INFO@COVERMG.COM TO RECEIVE** This pop-up hotel idea offers a perfect solution to pandemic-enforced distanced holidays: floating hotel rafts. Vlotkamp, raft camping in Dutch, is the brainchild of Tobias Knockaert and Kika Merlin, who have located eight habitable rafts on a lake in West Flanders, Belgium. The rafts are only accessible by canoe, except for a shore-based one that is wheelchair accessible. Upon check-in, visitors are given a life jacket and oars, and a code to unlock your canoe on the beach. A bell-tent sits on the rafts, with a luxurious double-beds, cushions and rugs inside. Breakfast boxes are available, or guests can paddle over to the nearby hotel Polderwind to enjoy their buffet. On the camping raft you can sleep with two adults and two children. Mats and sleeping bags for the children must be brought along. Toilet time does require some planning, however, as the sanitary block can be found behind the Polderwind hotel. There is a mini toilet on the raft, but Vlotkamp explain: ??sKeep in mind that this toilet is outside and should only be used in exceptional emergencies.???
