KRUGER NATIONAL PARK, SOUTH AFRICA: The baboon feasted on the impala's carcass by shoving the entire animal in its mouth. SEE THE rare moment a baboon appeared to turn a baby impala INSIDE OUT as she stuffed mouthfuls of bloody flesh into her mouth. In the brutal images, the hungry 33-pound adult baboon feasted on the bright pink meat of the baby impala after seemingly stripping the calf of its skin. Another picture showed the 40-inch-long baboon as it tore handfuls of flesh off the carcass, savouring every morsel, before it shoved the entire impala in its mouth with just the impala?s legs visible and recognisable with skin still intact. The gruesome images were taken at the Kruger National Park, South Africa, by research pharmacist and wildlife photographer Landie Fourie (38) from Roodekrans, Roodepoort, South Africa. Landie has been visiting Kruger for 15 years and has never witnessed anything like this before. She managed to get within an incredibly close 16-feet of the action. Mediadrumimages/Landie Fourie
