The uniform is still a strong part of Norland’s tradition. In the same way that a professional nurse would be expected to wear a uniform, Norland students are expected to wear their uniform with pride, and to adhere to the strict uniform guidelines. Norland graduates are no longer expected however to wear their uniform when working in a family, unless the family specifically wants them to. In 2013, and for the first time in 70 years, a new uniform was unveiled. Designed locally and produced by British manufacturers, the uniform was updated whilst still reflecting Norland’s distinguished heritage. The Norland College in Bath is known for its 125-year-long tradition and enjoys a worldwide reputation for education future super nannies.

De la mń™me manière qu'une infirmière professionnelle est censée porter un uniforme, les étudiants de Norland sont censés porter leur uniforme avec fierté et respecter les directives strictes en matière d'uniforme. Les diplômés de Norland ne sont toutefois plus tenus de porter leur uniforme lorsqu'ils travaillent dans une famille, sauf si celle-ci le souhaite expressément. En 2013, et pour la première fois depuis 70 ans, un nouvel uniforme a été dévoilé. Conçu localement et produit par des fabricants britanniques, l'uniforme a été mis à jour tout en reflétant l'héritage distingué de Norland.
