19th-century stone farmhouse in Caminel
A renovated 19th-century stone farmhouse on a hill in Caminel, France, Dec. 4, 2013. The site was uninhabited for decades before the art restorer Richard Salmon acquired it in 2000 and began careful restorations, intent on preserving as much of the original detail and character as possible.
