Former President Donald Trump is asking a staggering $2.5 million in annual rent for an oceanfront house he owns. Trump owns the home through one of his companies and it is next door to his Mar-a-Lago Club in Palm Beach, Florida. The 8,269 square foot mansion - which has eight bedrooms and eight bathrooms - comes fully furnished. It has a huge kitchen with top-of-the-range appliances. Outside, there's a spacious terrace with panoramic ocean views and a pool. The house is also listed for sale at a bank-busting $59 million. The property has been leased out periodically since Trump's company bought the house in 2018 for a recorded $18.25 million from his sister Maryanne Trump Barry. The two storey West Indies-style house was built in 1956 on a lot with 194 feet of beachfront. It has been renovated since Trump bought it through a limited liability company. That company is administered by his two eldest sons, Eric and Donald Trump Jr.
