TOPSHOT - French skipper Jeremie Beyou gestures in front of his Imoca 60 monohull Charal as he arrives in Les Sables-d'Olonne, western France, on November 14, 2020, after he had to return to fix a badly damaged rudder during the Vendee Globe around the world solo sailing race. - Jeremie Beyou had to sail his racing yacht Charal back to the start for repairs after hitting an underwater object off the coast of Spain overnight. He was in the lead of the solo non-stop round-the-world race at one point and sustained rig and rudder damager in tricky conditions. Race rules allow competitors to return to the port of origin during the first ten days of the event for any repairs. (Photo by Sebastien SALOM-GOMIS / AFP)
