Pictured: A seal asleep on the SEA BED. A diver explores a seals' underwater world and discovers one asleep on the seabed. The grey seal dozes in its sandy sleeping place surrounded by dense kelp forests. Seals usually rest for just 15 to 30 minutes at a time between fishing and chasing each other through the murky waters. Wildlife photographer Brian Matthews took the unique pictures while diving near the Farne Islands, just off the coast of Northumberland. SEE OUR COPY FOR DETAILS.
