Firefighters inspect the building of City of Samba, partially destroyed on Monday by a fire, in Rio de Janeiro, southeastern Brazil, on February 8, 2010. The destroyed area was used to store costumes and floats that were being prepared for the 2011 Carnival parade, set to take place early on March.
