Brooks Laich (brookslaich / 02.07.2019): I've been working towards completing this @opengym workout for months now, and I can finally say I did it! 6 Rounds: 15/12 Echo Bike calories 10/7 Strict Handstand Push-ups Rest 1 minute between rounds It took me 24:33 to complete the workout, including all rest times, but damn was I happy! Strict HSPU continue to be something that I am working on developing, and I've never done 60 of them in a day before! So while my time wasn't fantastic, my effort was. I'm going to continue to develop my strict HSPU capability, and try this workout again in 6-8 weeks with the goal of getting it done in under 20 minutes.
