TOPSHOTS
TOPSHOTS A man raises his arms near a barbed wire fence on August 4, 2015 at an Emmaus-run assistance center for migrants housed in a former detention center in Paris which has been occupied by its residents since dawn. About fifty migrants, mostly Eritreans and Sudanese, blocked access early on August 4 to their Emmaus shelter near the Hippodrome de Vincennes in the east of Paris to denounce their living conditions, which they compare to "detention." The migrants, housed in the center since June after they were evacuated from various camps in the capital, are preventing Emmaus social workers from entering the site. AFP PHOTO / ALAIN JOCARD
