Commemorating the 25th Anniversary of the Fall of the Berlin Wall the Ronald Reagan Presidential Foundation organized a panel discussion with Adam Michnik - Polish historian, political activist and editor-in-chief of Gazeta Wyborcza, Peter Gandalovic - Czech Ambassador to the United States and Laszlo Kalman - Hungarian Consul General in Los Angeles. Opening remarks were provided by Mr. John O'Sullivan - Director of the Danube Institute in Budapest. Mr. Michnik answered some questions about the situation in Poland that was before and after the Fall of the Berlin Wall . With a certain sense of humour he criticized the policy of Putin saying that he was speaking like Hitler and that he has a notion of democracy that was very personal. Pictured: Adam Michnik
