Crows appear to form an unlikely friendship with a deer as it allows the birds to feed on ticks in its fur. The parasites which have buried themselves in the native sambar deer's fur provide food for the crows. The photos were taken by Dev Kumar, a 64-year-old retiree and amateur photographer based in Kuala Lumpur.
