A business owner has explained how she uses magic in the boardroom to help her team and clients thrive.
People who work for The Alchemic Way, Tanja Lee’s company, are invited to meditate every morning ‘to access higher levels of innovation, problem-solving and to improve their overall wellbeing’. Crystals are placed throughout the building to ‘magnify courage, clear speaking and emotional connection’, and the office space is regularly cleared using Palo Santo and essential oils.
Collaborators are also encouraged to use ‘alchemic tonics and tinctures to elevate our state and clear our energy centres’, Tanja says.
Tanja, 51, says: ‘Einstein said that humans only use about 4-7% of their minds and actively invited us to use our imagination; the place beyond the rational mind. This is why I have a daily practice of the scientist, teacher and best-selling author Dr Joe Dispenza’s meditations and journaling that goes for up to 90 minutes. This ensures I expand my horizons of possibility by aligning my energy to the quantum field, and potentials beyond what I know.
‘Most leaders and team members create from what they are already aware of. This orientation of innovation is very limiting. Expanding our awareness to realms beyond all-knowing and opening to the heart of allowing intuitive insights to emerge is not only powerful but equally fun and deeply rewarding.’
Tanja, who leads her business with her husband, Dr Matt Tredgetsmith in Country Victoria, Australia, has a vision board for the business and encourages her team and clients to carry out ‘an elevated state visioning practice each morning to energize their desired futures with faith for what’s already on its way’.
They are also asked to strengthen their ability to manifest through daily gratitude practices.
Tanja, who runs a leadership, mindset and wellbeing company adds: ‘Setting business goals, aspirations, and desired outcomes with the end in mind and incorporating symbolic images and affirmations related to success, growth and prosperity, enables herself and her team to creatively focus on the collective vision, fostering a sense of unified purpose and motivation in the workplace.’
Tanja is also a big believer in rituals; whether that is clearing her inbox at the end of the week or creating ceremonies to open projects.
She adds: ‘Having check-in rituals with team members and clients empowers each other to consciously operate within our greatness. I also have bathing and healing and shamanic practices all aimed to keep my energy clean and my vibe high so I can be of the greatest service to those I have the privilege to lead and serve.’
