Deep sea fisherman reveals most bizarre creatures found – including a ‘MUPPET’ fish
A deep sea fisherman has revealed the most bizarre fishes spotted while at work – including a “Muppet” swimmer with no teeth and an “orange mushroom”.
Roman Fedortsov, who works on a trawler in Murmansk, Northwest Russia, often makes headlines revealing the weird and wonderful creatures he finds in the deep waters.
He spends months of his life at sea, sharing snaps of frightening fish with his 632,000 followers on Instagram, (@rfedortsov_official_account).
His latest catch is just as baffling, as he reveals a brown fish with bulbous yellow eyes, a huge smile, and a mouth, but most bizarrely, with no teeth.
He found the unidentified animal on one of his latest trips.
Described as a “Muppet show from the depths”, the bizarre creature racked up over 2,000 likes.
Users have flocked to the comments to share their reactions and hilarious comparisons.
Krystyanka said: “Why does it look like kermit the frog lol.” [sic]
Pearl added: “He’s so happy.”
Cheryl commented: “I actually hear the music in my head!”
Ady wrote: “Looks happy to join you guys.”

He captioned the clip of the creature: “Beautiful, and that's the point,” and has shocked over 192,000 viewers.
Dan added: “I bet it smells a bit fishy.”
Jay commented: “Holy barnacles Batman.” [sic]
Drey said: “Long time at sea.”
In another post, he revealed a clip of a white halibut, with social media users saying it looked like it had a skin graft - gathering 75,200 views.
John wrote: “That's really scary‌. Its survived getting its skin ripped off?” [sic]
Buff added: “Was he burned in a fire? They do skin grafts in the ocean?â
